Like the plumber who knows where to tap the pipe, Reva Nelson has 20 years of experience moving individuals, teams, and large groups of senior executives from challenges to results.

“You helped me so much” was one Director’s comment after a 30-minute consultation with Reva during which she asked only two critical questions.

Reva was one of a small group of select facilitators at CIBC’s progressive Leadership Centre for more than 4 years, leading teams through an intensive one-week program on values, mind sets, organizational change, team development and leadership.

She is experienced in leading “Open Space”, “Action Learning” and the “Profilor 360" feedback tool. Reva often presents a modified 40-minute keynote on Risk-taking and Innovation, followed with facilitation, at executive retreats resulting in teams being able to surface their key challenges and first initiatives.
