Feedback from our offsite conference has been very positive and everyone felt you were a big reason for its success. There was a good group feel in the room, which you carefully helped create. Your keynote address dealing with risk-taking and change management was very targeted, and established the proper framework for the session. You skillfully facilitated the session and pushed us right "through the finish line" when I thought we might be running out of gas mid-afternoon on Saturday.
We learned a lot about how to manage and positively deal with risk and change, which will help us improve as a management team and as a company. All in all, it was a most worthwhile event. On behalf of all of us at CIBC Mellon, thank you!
