Dear Reva:
I wanted to send you a note to thank you for your facilitation support on our Foundations of Leadership program.
As you know, Foundations is a key piece of our cultural change effort. The approach to leadership and empowering employees we work with in the program is central to the success of our strategy to differentiate ourselves through service excellence. The program is particularly difficult to facilitate because it requires responsiveness to the needs of each individual and small team, as well as the larger group.
You have brought strength to the program through your humour, your personal examples, and your ability to draw out participants. Many participants comment on your empathy and how comfortable you made them feel, while still challenging them to take risks and learn.
It has been a pleasure to work with you over the past 10 months, and I look forward to our continued partnership.
